This policy outlines how you receive access to your purchase and under what circumstances refunds may be granted.

1. Product Access
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive immediate access to your digital files via:

• Direct email delivery, or
• A secure download link on the checkout confirmation page.

If you did not receive the files within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at team@animalcodex.com — we’ll help you promptly.

2. Refund Policy
Because the Products are instant digital downloads all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds are possible only before the first download and only within 14 days of purchase (to comply with EU consumer regulations), or when:

• you bought the same item twice by mistake;
• you were charged in error and have not downloaded the file;
• a technical issue prevents access and we cannot resolve it.

Send your request to team@animalcodex.com with order number and details. We may decline requests that do not meet these criteria.

3. No Physical Items
All products on this site are digital only. No physical items will be shipped.

4. Unauthorized Sharing
Purchased files are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the content is strictly prohibited.
