Welcome to The Animal Codex. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of animalcodex.com and the purchase of our digital products (PDF guides, trackers, check-lists, collectively the “Products”).

Seller & Merchant of Record
The Products are sold by Hryhorii Hlubochenko trading as “The Animal Codex”. All card payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and issues the invoice/receipt.

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please exit the Site and do not purchase Products.

1. Products and Access
All Products offered on this Site are digital goods, delivered instantly via email or direct download after payment is completed. No physical goods will be shipped.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the digital files for your personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) exclusive of any VAT / GST or other local taxes.
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Payments are handled securely by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Paddle may request your e-mail address to deliver the download link and receipt. We never receive or store your card data.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at team@animalcodex.com and we will assist you promptly.

4. Intellectual Property
All Products, including text, design, graphics, and structure, are the intellectual property of Hryhorii Hlubochenko and are protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any part of the Products with others or use them for commercial purposes.

5. Disclaimer
Informational-only disclaimer. The Products are provided for general information and education. They do not constitute veterinary, medical, behavioural, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any information.

Individual results vary and depend on your dog’s health, temperament, environment, and your consistency. You use the Products entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Hryhorii Hlubochenko be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products or Site.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or the Products shall be submitted to the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to (a) reproduce, resell, or publicly share the Products; (b) hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Site; (c) use automation or bots to access downloads; (d) violate any applicable law while using the Site.

The Site and Products are intended for users aged 18 years or older. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, internet outages, or acts of government.
